Returns + Exchanges
III will accept full priced, unworn and undamaged pieces returned within 7 days for credit or exchanges only if notification is received within 72 hours. We will not consider change of mind a relevant factor in terms of refunds however if the piece is damaged, we will fully refund or replace the item inclusive of postage costs providing the item is returned with all original, undamaged packaging and proof of purchase. Earrings cannot be exchanged due to health regulations. For exchanges, all Australian and International postage costs are the customer’s responsibility and we advise registered post, lost items will not be considered the responsibility of III. We will arrange payment prior to exchange, our priority being to exchange the item within 5 working days, subject to availability.
Plating over time will cause a natural change in appearance and this is not considered to be a damaged item. Please read further details at care instructions for all maintenance advice.
If the item is considered faulty, III will happily accept all returns within 90 days of purchase on the terms that proof of purchase is provided along with original and undamaged packaging as well as an emailed description of the fault. Replacements will be offered subject to availability and if this is not possible, a credit note will be issued. All items must be returned with registered post, complete with a tracking number, lost items will not be considered the responsibility of III.
III reserves the right to refuse returns on all exchanges/faulty items should the item not be within the guidelines as outlined above. All additional information regarding returns will be emailed along with return address details.

Credit Card data is not stored. User data, if the user opted to be saved, is stored on secure servers.
